Flavor Profile: Sweet with very light pungency and an extremely thick consistency. Tasting notes of raisins, plum, and some smoothness from Oak Barrels. This is a 4-leaf grade quality balsamic that us USDA Certified Organic containing 25 year old balsamic vinegar, infused with Apples.

Food Pairings/ Use: Pairs well with any fine cheese or fruit.
